These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RecursiveAI ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our Unity AI bot platform, business services, and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Definitions

Unity Platform

Our consumer AI bot platform that allows users to interact with specialized AI bots that learn locally on user devices.

Business Services

Our AI Partnership Program, AI Fluency Training, and consulting services provided to business clients.

User Content

Any content, data, or information you provide or create while using our services.

Beta Services

Pre-release versions of our services provided for testing and feedback purposes.

Unity Platform Terms

Consumer AI Bot Platform

Beta Access

Unity is currently in beta testing. Beta access is provided on an invitation-only basis to waitlist participants. Beta services may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to significant changes.

Local Data Storage

Unity bots store all interaction data locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up this data. We do not have access to or control over your local bot data once it is stored on your device.

Bot Usage

You may use Unity bots for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for all interactions with bots and any consequences of those interactions. Bots are AI systems and may produce inaccurate or inappropriate responses.

Marketplace Participation

When available, you may share enhanced bots through our marketplace. By sharing bots, you grant us a non-exclusive license to distribute your enhanced bots. You retain ownership of your original contributions.

Beta Limitations

Beta services are provided 'as is' without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue beta services at any time. Beta participants may experience data loss, service interruptions, or other issues.

Business Services Terms

AI Partnership & Training Services

Service Agreements

Business services are provided under separate service agreements that supplement these Terms. Service agreements specify pricing, deliverables, timelines, and other service-specific terms.

AI Partnership Program

Partnership services include monthly engineering consultation, agent network access, and infrastructure management. Partners receive transparent cost reporting and may adjust or pause services with 30 days notice.

AI Fluency Training

Training services are provided as workshops or ongoing programs. Training content is proprietary and may not be recorded, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

Consultation Services

Consultations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Implementation of consultation recommendations is at your sole discretion and risk.

Payment Terms

Business services require payment according to agreed schedules. Late payments may result in service suspension. Refunds are provided according to service-specific terms and applicable law.

User Obligations

Lawful Use

You must use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts or requesting services.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for illegal activities, harassment, spam, or attempts to compromise system security.

Intellectual Property

You must respect intellectual property rights and not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other protected content.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

Our services are provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service operation.

AI Limitations

AI systems may produce inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate responses. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before relying on it.

No Professional Advice

Our services do not constitute professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or other specialized areas. Consult qualified professionals for such advice.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services (like Calendly) that have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party service performance or policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecursiveAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by discontinuing use and, for business services, providing required notice according to your service agreement.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other legitimate business reasons.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. For Unity, your local data remains on your device. For business services, we will provide reasonable transition assistance.

Changes to Terms
